Cannes: Kalyan Jewellers
has marked its third Cannes appearance with a classic lariat, styled on its
brand ambassador Kalyani Priyadarshan.
The jewel was styled on Kalyani’s
back, with two long strands flowing beautifully into the gown and creating one
graceful look.
According to Kalyan Jewellers,
the jewel was inspired by the glamour and geometry of Art Deco, transforming
the lariat into a statement back jewel that defined the visual identity of the
entire look.
Crafted over 40 days, the piece
reflects the meticulous artistry and precision of Kalyan’s high-jewellery
atelier. At its centre sits a 52-carat pear-shaped blue sapphire, accented by
15 carats of round pink morganites and 945 natural diamonds across marquise,
brilliant and princess cuts, set in 14K white gold.
This marked Priyadarshan’s first
red-carpet appearance. Her look was further complemented with Kalyan’s matching
statement rings and earrings, creating a cohesive expression of red-carpet
high-jewellery glamour.
