Surat: KISNA Diamond & Gold Jewellery
marked International Yoga Day on June 21, 2026, with a workforce-wide wellness
initiative across its major operational centres.
More than
8,300 employees, including staff members and artisans, participated in
simultaneous yoga sessions across the company’s jewellery ecosystem. The
initiative was organised as part of the brand’s long-term commitment to
employee well-being, mindfulness and workplace harmony.
The
synchronised sessions took place across KISNA’s key operational locations,
including Surat and Mumbai. Members of the brand’s international team also
joined virtually under the guidance of expert yoga instructors.
Speaking
about the initiative, Ghanshyam Dholakia, Co-Founder, Hari Krishna Group, said,
“Wellness is more than a practice; it is an integral part of who we are at
KISNA. Integrating mental and physical well-being into our daily workplace
culture builds discipline, balance, and a resilient workforce.”
The
initiative highlights KISNA’s growing focus on placing people at the centre of
its business journey. Beyond diamonds and gold, the brand is strengthening its
internal culture through regular wellness practices and health-led initiatives.
KISNA is
recognised in the industry for promoting employee well-being through structured
internal programmes. Its workplace practices include post-lunch meditation
sessions across corporate offices and manufacturing units to help employees
restore focus and balance during the working day.
The brand
also conducts the KISNA Diamond Marathon, health seminars and large-scale blood
donation campaigns up to three times a year. These initiatives are designed to
encourage physical health, mental well-being and a shared sense of community
responsibility within the organisation.
Established
in 2005, KISNA Diamond & Gold Jewellery was created to make high-quality,
ethically sourced natural diamond jewellery accessible to the Indian domestic
market. The brand operates with a vertically integrated Mines to Market model,
allowing greater control across sourcing, manufacturing and retail.
Backed by
IGI certification and BIS Hallmark assurance, KISNA has continued to expand its
retail presence across India. The brand recently crossed the milestone of 100
exclusive showrooms and continues to move ahead with its “Har Ghar KISNA”
expansion strategy.
The
company’s long-term retail vision includes building a wider franchise network
across India, with plans to grow towards more than 500 locations nationwide.
The
International Yoga Day initiative reflects how jewellery companies are
increasingly looking beyond product and retail expansion to build stronger
workplace cultures. For KISNA, wellness has become part of a broader
organisational philosophy that connects productivity, people, discipline and
long-term growth.
