About the Role

Orozone Jewel News is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Media Sales Executive with a passion for sales and strong relationship-building skills. Candidates from the jewellery industry or jewellery media sales background will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities      

  • Generate advertising and sponsorship revenue for Orozone Media's print, digital, events, awards, and other media platforms.
  • Identify and acquire new clients from the jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, and allied industries.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns and commitments.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums to generate business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–5 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, B2B Sales, or Jewellery Industry Sales.
  • Prior experience in Jewellery Media Sales will be highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Marathi and/or Gujarati will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Additional Requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai's Western Suburbs.
  • Must be willing to travel locally and outstation, as required.
  • Flexible to work on weekends during exhibitions, events, awards, or business requirements.
  • Any weekend work will be compensated with a compensatory off as per company policy.
