Amravati:
Gargi by PNG Jewellers opened its new store at Tapadia City Centre in Amravati
on April 26, 2026. The company informed BSE Limited about this retail expansion
under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR)
Regulations, 2015.
The new store is strategically developed in
the city’s core area to attract consumers across the region. The company has
already fulfilled its disclosure obligations by informing the stock exchange
and has submitted the intimation to BSE Limited's Corporate Relationship
Department, referencing BSE Scrip Code 543709 and Symbol GARGI.
This new store marks the company’s
continued expansion in the fashion retail segment, strengthening its presence
in Maharashtra. The efforts were earlier carried out under different names, as
the brand has undergone several name changes in recent years, but with the name
Gargi, it now pins its growth hopes.
Rooted in nearly two centuries of trust,
PNG Jewellers expanded into fashion jewellery with Gargi to bridge legacy with
modern consumption. The sub-brand maintains its digital presence across
multiple platforms and provides comprehensive customer support, transforming
jewellery from an occasion-led purchase into an everyday expression of style.
It achieved significant revenue growth
during the Akshaya Tritiya period, with total revenue reaching ₹236.82 lakh
compared to ₹133.49 lakh in the previous year, representing a year-on-year
increase of 77.41%.

The company's current retail network demonstrates
significant geographic diversification, with a total store count of 127 spread
across 65 cities in 21 states, as per records.
